I am self employed and I spend a lot of time at home. Some of the pets are nocturnal so that helps I don't have to be hectic all day Just takes a lot of time and patients and 90% of them are all rescues. Brutis was to be put down because he is deaf, Pharoah was almost starved to death by her last owners, Sabbath was shoved in a box put between the duel tires of a cement truck, good thing the driver heard and rescued her before he left for his day of work. Pinky I stole from my brother she had ear, eye, lung infection and worms. Sweet Pea was kinda rescued and bought for 20$ the guy who hatched her and her brothers and sisters had to many so who knows what he was going to do to get rid of them all. RZ I begged a friend to give me after he rescued her from drug dealers, because he wasn't taking care of her any better. KooKie was my hair dressers son's and he wasn't taking proper care of him, or feeding him properly, So his mom told me to take him or she was going to throw him outside. The Red Eared Slider was my brothers Pastors turtle and he is doing peace work in africa or something so he isn't around to take care of it and they kept it in only water for 12 years of its life, so it has shell rott. Caterpiller, Freeda and the fish were the only things boughten for different reasons But they all have to get attention every day, which keeps me very busy

Has Caterpiller ever pricked you? And just out of curiosity where can someone buy a hedgehog? I have never seen one in a Pet store. I don't think I can ever own one. I be to scared of getting pricked by it. But they do look pretty cool. Reminds me of the time when I played sonic the hedgehog. lol

Hey there and yes he has pricked me many times. When they get used to your scent and that your not going to hurt him they prick you less. But they are very picky like pins. I got my hedgehog from a breeder as they are not cheap little pets. Usually running from 150$ and up each. And Sonic the hedgehog really lies about what a hedgehog does. They can roll into a ball but they can't roll after you once there in it. They just roll into a ball for protection and thats the only reason. I really like my hedgehog, I also liked the one that passed away a lot to. I am hoping to get another one someday

I feel so sad and jealous. All the pet I have are dumb fish! I hate them! I can't understand why my father thinks the iguanas as slimy lizards.
I can't wait to grow up and adopt one. By the way, I'm new to this site so... hello. I'm an iguana fan. Any part of this forum have about iguanas?
