Hey everyone. Just got ZeZe and here are the first pics of his terrarium. It is a 40 gallon long tank. He has a little house on the left back and a shallow water dish that he seems to like to swim in on his own. I have the brown rocks about 6-8 inches below the middle of his UVB light. Then the branches lead up to a hammock that his under is basking light. He seems to go back and forth from uvb to the basking light after he eats his crickets. I have a bowl of food for him in the middle but he doesn't seem to be very interested in it yet. I have had him for almost 2 days now so I figure he will settle in and try his food when he is ready. The basking spot is between 100-105. The middle of the tank is 85 at daytime and 70-75 at night. I have an undertank heater under the shelter just in case it drops too low overnight.

Hey Dustin, ZeZe's home looks very nice. It may take a few day's or even a week or two to get him/her used to it .

I believe he has started to settle in now. The little pig got up this morning and was eating his dried food so I gave him a couple of crickets this morning. Overall he has eaten 10 crickets today and half a bowl of his food. I tried an apple slice last night and he ate it out of my hand.

Hey Dustin
Breaded Dragons are omnivorous they eat Animal and Plants The pellets are good if the are dry, soak them in water for about 10 minutes they will help hydrate you ZeZe. For the plants to feed you can follow an iguana diet, That will work well for them. On the UVB lamp and the Basking Spot I believe I answered that in the PM.
I hope this helps you and your buddy..
