Hi Shazzy!! And welcome I am also from Canada and run most of this forum with some help from some great people. We are a small community but we do the best we can with some of the most up to date and proper information and care of iguana's and other herps. I am in Southwestern Ontario. Where abouts are you? I hope your guy Gizz, stays with you for many many years. I have one iguana that is 15 years old thanks to some great care by her first owner (marie poyner who used to run this forum, but sadly passed away a year ago in September) They are living longer and much healthier lifes with proper care, UV lighting, Diet and vet care. Glad you found us and we hope you enjoy it here. Feel free to post in any section, replies and starting new topics. ITs a great way for us to get to know eachother and a great way for you to find out anything you may need to know Welcome again Shanzzy & Gizz!!

Hi Chamzilla, Nice to meet you also. I currently live in Longueuil, which is part of Montreal's south shore. We moved here last March from Southwestern Ontario. Windsor to be more exact. I'm hoping Gizz stays with us for a long time also, my boy and him are the best of friends. I don't know how anyone can say that Ig's don't care for companionship or affection, because this guy just loves it. Anyway, thanks a bunch for the warm welcome. Hi Shazzy!! HEY I am near Windsor!! LOL that is very cool!! that would be 3 members from just this area! Most of our members are from the US to tell ya the truth. What did you end up moving up there for?
Great to have you as a member. And I know a lot of people think animals are just stupid creatures. My brother is one of them and I usually can't stand his reasoning in life.

Great to have you as a member. And I know a lot of people think animals are just stupid creatures. My brother is one of them and I usually can't stand his reasoning in life. I'm originally from Montreal, but lived my whole teenagehood in Windsor (about 15 years). My old man, Shawn is born and bred in Windsor. We moved up here because of him, he got a job offer and took it, since the mold industry in Windsor seems to be slowly dying. Poor guy had to take a job as a call centre agent and at half the salary. So we came here. Which area are ya from? I figured most ppl here would be from the US. Usually works out that way lol I've known a few ppl who thought animals are stupid, I had this one friend who thought cats were stupid, and I think my cat knew it. So he laid on her lap, then about 20 seconds later, looked at her, bit her and walked off. It was just too funny.

PM me and i'll tell you about it, Ah, the ketchup capital. LOL He's not a mold maker, so that doesn't do any good. He's a finisher/handman. He would be the one that smooths out the molds after the mold maker are done.
