Hi there, names natascha and currently live in england.
Stumbled across the site whilst looking for people and information regarding iguana's.
I loved the topic rearding before you buy an iguana would have come in handy but unfortunatley i've had to learn as i go along due to iggy just happening to become a pet due to his original owner not being very intrested. I never change his name as he recognizes it now.. by far the best pet i've had and whilst growing up i've had so many types.. Due to us living in a flat i couldnt get a dog etc but i personally think iggys close enough to one lol
Well look forward to posting pics when i can and chatting to others about stuff.. hopefully being apart of this site will benefit my iggy!
Anyway speak soon peeps!

We will definitely look forward to pics. Glad you liked that post on getting an iggy. Seems like a lot of us have acquired our igs due to others not realizing what they were getting into or getting bored. In my case it was men not consulting their wives first and boys who treated an iguana as a toy. I think we can help keep your iggy. If we can't help we will find out where the answer can be found if possible. Hope to hear about you and your iggy. Ask any questions.

Thanks for the welcome.
:-[I have to say i feel rather embarresed when i read about Iggys beig tempremental and hard to look after because i've had mine a year and although he lived in a small environment and i dont want to know how often (how little) he got fed.. i've never gone to the vet or had him being ill. He is a right scrapper! lol
And due to lack of handling for 2 years it's only taken me 11 months to be able to let him out and have him actually sitting on my lap watching tele lol
