Hey all, Well as most of you know I live in a tiny town by the southernist tip of Ontario. I say I live in the next biggist town so people can get an idea of a town that is on the map. I was out and about and I was seeing garter snakes and some fox snakes. I might say that all the snakes I saw were in VERY good health and were free of mites, bumps and anything else. THey all even had good weights on them, which means that food isn't scarce around these parts. This is good to know that our wild snake population is still healthy in some parts of the world. I will hopefully get pictures next time I am out Thanks for reading, Stephanie

Hey guys as promised I got some pictures of 2 snakes today. Same kind of snake Fox Snake. You can't really tell one from the other. One I was holding was on the poarch this morning and the other was boogying around and tried to bite me so I left it alone. It was a piss off that he was so mean. But hey I guess I'd be scared too if a very large animal tried to pick me up by my neck. LOL Enjoy, I will try and get more later And our baby killdeers hatched out back and this is what they look like after there 2 days old. They can run sooo fast this is the only one I could get close enough to! Thanks, Steph

yeah that fox snake I'm sure has eaten her/his share of killdeer babies. But it is usually the day they hatch and they can't run away. Those babies can run pretty darn fast! And mom and dad keep a good look out for anything that could harm them.
