Right here goes,
I have a male green iguana here that is now ready for a perminent home
He cam to us a few months ago for healing and to learn a bit more about him.
What I can tell you is he is incredibly stunted, at 7 years old he is only about 3.5ft long nose to tail, he has some spines missing and has lost one of his toes. The toe was treated while in our care it was terribly infected and after treatment was decided it had to be removed but has now healed nicely.
He has an attitude not to be messed with, he will whip, croc roll and bite without hessitation and with no warning whips. He may calm down with time and care and we have been shipping him to and fro from the vets for his toe for a while so the attitude may just be towards us for this.
If anyone is interested in him it must be for a perminent home and if you decide you cannot have him any longer we must be informed for collection. You must have experience with large lizards or similar and be prepared for alot of work.
If I am happy and you end up taking him on theres one thing I will ask you to do....... ........get him out the viv (with gloves of course) but if you wont get him out you cannot have him!
Fell free to PM me here or email me lou_goodger@hotmail.com
