I have a female green iguana in southeastern Ontario, Canada that needs a new home. She is about a year and a half old and in very good health. She is missing some of 3 toes but healthy none the less. I need to find her a home because I just don't have the time needed to train her as she should be. I have young children at home that take up all of my time. She will be free to a good home, someone that can properly care for her and has good experience with iguanas already. (As without proper care they get very sick.) I do have a few pictures of her if needed. Please send me a message and we can communicate through email.

Thank you so much. I emailed the Toronto zoo and asked if they would either take her as a donation or let me know what I could do but...they never got back to me. I don't want her to go to just anyone. I want to be 100% sure she will be well cared for. I may not have time for her, but I know she is safe and fed well with me.

To be honest, that is more than many many iguanas have. If you can continue giving the proper care, it may be best for her to stay with you. Something to consider. If you must though, the GIS list is a good place to list her. They will give recommendations or opinions but it be up to you who gets her. So if Steph can't help, you can consider listing her there.
