I have bred superworms for my animals this last year. I cant believe how easy it was to maintain and keep. I did do a little experiment with them though and it may have caused larger growth of super worms. After my beetles laid their eggs and died I provided potatoes and apples as a water source. I kept doing this for awhile until my worms were a bit bigger. Then I used gutload cricket drink. yes I did say cricket drink. The same stuff ESU makes. I put it in a shallow dish then just set it in the oats and chicken feed. The superworms were obviously attracted to the moisture off of it. They climbed in and ate away until most of it was gone. My superworms are huge. I mean much more larger than any I have purchase from any petstore or online insect farm. Any one got any ideas why. I also when feeding my reptiles shred the leaf off of the stem. I just toss the stem in the superworm container and they eat it. Just a interesting thing I happened to find and I thought I would share it.

Nope...Never had enough animals to breed anything for them that were permanent residents. I went the easy and expensive route and just bought what I needed...lol.
