aw, they are very cute! Is their substrate just large rocks? And those are 2 males? You really shouldn't keep 2 males together because they will fight! And if they haven't yet it might be because they are mature yet, I would seperate them as soon as you can. Great pic!

do not panic they are 2 females i never put males together and i always advise against it. the substrate i use is lino i do not use sand or any other particle substrate another thing i advise against to much of a risk of impaction.
im guessing the male names are a bit um confusing sorry alot of our females have male names im just a bit weird is all.

loulou,
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh they are gorgeous. Makes me sad that I didn't buy the one I fell in love with the other day.
Really really adorable beardies. Question 2 females can be housed together even when mature as apposed to 2 males? Just asking so I know for future reference. Also how about male/female. Can they be together all the time?

Males should never be housed together, because they will fight! Males and females should ONLY be housed together for short periods of time for breeding, nothing else. Some females will get along with each other and will be able to live together, SOME won't and will fight as well. Also, another problem is dominance, some females(usually larger and stronger ones) will bully the other dragon(s) and won't let them eat or bask or anything so you have to watch out for that! But your safest way to go would be just house them alone.

as already has been said males should never be housed together they will stress each other and bully and even possibly fight to the death if not inflicting some very awfully looking injuries.
i tend to house young beardies together as do alot of people over here (i know its different for different people) together until they are about 3 months or their weights become dramatically different,i never feed them together.
my males lives on there own an they like it that way as do i. the male that was bred from this year got introduced to my female for a couple of weeks and then seperated again.
now i do not breed my females until they are at least 3 years old sometimes older and i have been quite fortunate i have the two young females together at the moment and if all goes well they will stay together but i always have a spare viv ready for action and im uite lucky that my partner works from home and the quarantine room is the same room he spends mos of his day.
alot of people do house females together but there are also a fair few that house all beardies seperately. its whatever you feel confident doing how your beardies nature is and how you think you can cope if they do not get on.
the two you see here are 36 and 37 grams and are quite happy at the moment but you never know they could be seperated in the near future
