My reptile room averages around 85 degrees and humidity is around 75%. The dragons on the left in the 4th picture have a megaray bulb. the one in the middle of that pic is a male and he has a ceramic bulb with a 24 inch reptisun 10.0. Nana has 2 reptisun 10.0's over her and no over the head heat. The room temp is decent and their is no central air running into the room and the walls are covered with carpet. It makes it easy to control temp during winter times and during summer when the room wont be cooled by central air. I regularly give all my reptiles outdoor time and a sun soaking. Fresh air will be applied by the opening of a window during summer.

Hey Zach
That is an interesting setup you have there they all look very taken care of. I like the idea of the heater and the big humidifier in the room it looks like it really does a good job for you. Thanks for the Pictures!!!!!

yeah I thought it would be alot easier to add a large humidifier because I had a small one and I couldnt keep up with it all the time. I was always filling it. The amount of water the large on holds is far more than any Ive been able to find on the market. I cant find those big humidifiers anywhere these days. The one I have know is like 20 years old. Still works great but I want more humidity output than that. The heater is just a normal box heater. It puts out enough heat to keep the room in the 90's. I of course dont keep it that hot at all. Mostly around 85

Hey Zach, Everyone looks great and happy! Good job there. The only concern I have is that heater being that close to that humidifier. Humidifiers reek havoc on heaters elements and insides, the further away from the humidifier the heater is the better. Just thought I'd give you a heads up. I've burnt out a heater like that already with having it too close to my humidifier. Good luck and glad to see everyone is doing well

Wow never heard that before but since you did mention that I did move it on the other side of the room. I only use one side of the heater anyway. I dont imagine it will do to much damage to it. I usually keep the door open so the humidity runs through out the house. I wont use the heater during the summer months because I wont need it. There is no central air units running into the room at all. I will open a window to bring in fresh air.
