I didn't read carefully enough and since my daughter, Elizabeth, loves all spiders I posted in spiders first. Elizabeth, who is now 12, got me completely over my fear of spiders seven years ago when she fell passionately in love with the eight legged cuties. Her current interest is in how tarantula venom can help people.
She's taught me a lot over the years and is willing to help out with me as liason. I'm trying to get her to join this forum but she already has a lot packed into her life and can't seem to juggle much else right now If you are wondering if a 12 year old girl can really be much help, run a yahoo or google search on "Elizabeth Mule tarantulas". She really does know her stuff.

Well that will be appreciated a lot. Thanks for the offer. She is welcome to join though if she decides she wants to.

Thanks Marie. She's been pretty quiet lately, even on the tarantula boards. She lost 50 of her spiders in Katrina and she's just now coming back to being herself. She'll probably join in the future though.

Elizabeth had just over 70 tarantulas. I'm not sure how the total got to be that high. She did breeding, and that was part of it, but also tarantulas can be like potato chips if you're not careful.
