Hello all,
My name is Dave. I'm from beautiful San Diego, California. I hope everyone had a great New Years celebration...
Well, after years of owning all sorts of reptiles (from turtles to monitors to giant Burmese Pythons) I finally found the time in my life to get a green iguana. You'd think I would have gotten one years ago but my life has been busy and hectic for the past 10+ years. I'm now on my countdown to early retirement and getting a green iggy seemed to be the perfect past time. My wife thinks I'm nuts - especially after spending close to $400 in supplies and enclosure hardware to accommodate a $10 adopted iggy from Petco! My iggy's name is TJ. TJ is short for "Tia-guana". Yes, I know there's no "j" in that name but we all have our reasons... Anyway, Happy New Years and belated Merry Christmas to all.
Dave
