Are those wild toads you are feeding him?? You should not feed wild prey to your snake, they can have all sorts of diseases! And why wouldn't they eat mice or rats?

yes they are wild toads and they are wild snakes
trust me iv tried mice scented and everything and they wont take them but iv never had trouble with parasites or anything

What kind of snake exactly is that or those?
Some wild caught animals can be fed wild caught prey as long as the owner knows the risks involved in doing this. As it is not reccomended but I have also done it with wild caught snakes. Only native to my area though.

broad-banded watersnakes and lately iv been feeding them toads after iv frozen the toads
