Hi, I'm Dawn.
I'm a college student currently enrolled at Central Carolina Technical College. I'm in the health sciences program working toward the nursing program.
I'm married to a wonderful man, Tim. He's been a God send most of the time lol He's a big kid at heart with a wonderful personality.
We have three gorgeous, but very busy children. I have two daughters, Isabella and Kyra, and a son, Daryth. They all have their own animals that they are required to take care of.
Here are pictures of our animals. They are a huge part of our family and we love them all very much.
Kiki, we saved her from outside when she was just a few weeks old. We were afraid she would be eaten by snakes in the middle of the summer. She gained ALOT of weight after she was fixed, but she's still a gorgeous cat. Don't let her fool you though, she can be VERY vindictive. She is my husbands cat and let's me know it. She likes to climb between us in the bed and snuggle right up to him with her feet in my back.
Sweetie. Kyra is Sweetie's human. We got her two years ago and those two took to each other like mac n cheese. Kyra does a wonderful job taking care of Sweetie. They are a perfect pair.
Sam. Isabella is Sam's human. My xroomie found Sam in a field where he was dumped by his owners. Due to the circumstances at his house, Sam ended up at mine. He is the BEST!!! outside dog anyone could possibly ask for, yet he is the WORST!!! indoor dog. Isabella walks him daily and spends alot of time with him outside. They were made for each other.
Kilala, our newest member. Kilala was another kitten we rescued from outside. She belongs to Daryth. She is also the reason Kiki decided to pee on our bed. Kilala enjoys roaming the house and lounging about. Daryth and Kilala chase each other and play together all the time. They are adorable together. We had to buy her a collar with a bell on it so we could find her. The first night at our house we lost her. She found her way inside a recliner. After several scratches and bites, I finally got her out.
Emmy!!! Emmy is now just over a year old. She has come a long way since we got her. Her colors have come in nicely, but she's a little dull right now. I think it has to do with the weather change here. She is very friendly and loves people. The bright orange fluff is her Doggy. She spends alot of time lounging on him. She has never pooped on him either. I'm very happy about that. We are making her new tank in the next week or two, so I'll be sure to post pictures as soon as we have it all ready for her.
I hope you enjoyed meeting my family (o:
