I've had a male eyelash crested gecko for quite sometime and today my girlfriend surprised me and brought home a female, he was big enough that I didn't think she would try to eat her, but within half an hour she was violently attacking her and had a foot in her mouth I immediately separated them into seperate habitats, how do I get them to get a long? Any hope in sight?

Geckos can be very territorial. It can work, but not just dumping one in with the other...and not two of a different size.
First you say you have a male...but then refer to both as "she's". To procede...you really need to clear up the confusion. So what are they? :-)

woops, sorry about that.
To clarify, the one I've had for almost a year now is male, and pretty decent sized. My girlfriend purchased a female and they were in the same habitat. Within an hour he was trying to eat her foot so I seperated them by putting her in a critter keeper, and then placing that critter keeper inside the larger habitat thinking that maybe being able to observe each other would help the transition. I put her back in the habitat normally and they've been fine all day, but i've noticed a little bit of chasing when the lights went out tonight. She climbed up in the leaves earlier today and slept on top of him no problem then he kinda chased her off.
Also earlier today i noticed as she was climbing up a branch that she had a crystal clear drop of liquid coming out of her slit, vent, whatever its called, what does this mean?

Vent is correct...:-) The liquid could mean anything. Urates, moisture collected from the water source...I really couldn't tell you.
