Hey everyone
Things have been going ok since I last talked to most of you. My mom's passing was a very sad time for us and I still miss her and lots of things remind me of her, but chin up and one day at a time
Well my bf and I have started driving semi for about 3 weeks now. I go with him on his trips and he was home everynight for the last 2 weeks. But last week was our first long haul. It was great going down to Florida but it was very very nasty coming back this week. The rain everyday down there wasn't enough it had to rain in every state till Ohio. Then the snow and ice started. There were a lot of tractor trailers in the ditches because some people just don't know how to slow down. So they pass you doing 70 then there in the ditch 20 miles down the road and cause a 4.5 hour back up. Some people I tell ya!
One thing that was cool other than I got to bring one of my dogs with me. Is that there were farm raised alligator heads there for sale. They use the meat for food down there (not my taste but hey if they like it. So I bought two for souvineers for my brother. They told me down there yeah you can bring those across the boarder and blah blah blah, well shouldn't have believed that. We got rejected at the Canadian boarder so we had to go back to the US side and throw them in the garbage so we'd be accepted back into Canada. OMG I was so mad! So other than that the trip was rainy and rainy and then cold and icy and snowy! I guess it wasn't too bad! LOL Other than I missed all my animals very very much. Because I love them sooooooo much. You don't really know how much you love them till you can't see them for a week. I don't know how Marie went on vaccation for so long, I would have went crazy without my guys around!
So next week we may be back to Florida or Texas. Who knows! But hopefully all the rain will stay away this time! That is if I go at all, may stay home with my guys and my dad
Hopefully talk to you peeps soon,
Stephanie
