My new iggy enclosure is complete on the inside there are progression pictures on the enclosure section... Now I am working on getting the paint on it and then the ramps and shelving into place, so I can go and bring my 3 green babies home from their vacation at Patrick and Denise's home! So those are some of the major things happening here... Oh that and I will be graduating this June, finally will have my Bachelors in Business Management completed!! Anyway hope all is well for everyone and that you will be stopping in to let us know!! Happy Postings!! Elizabeth

Hello everyone,
I can't say that I'm new or old to this site because I'm kinda in the middle.
All my cridders and everyone is doing fine. Just took in a new rescue on Friday I have the pics posted in the Iguana postings.
Other than that, I hope to gradguate from highschool finally, its only been a 7 year wait. I'm just waiting on receiving my diploma. It may be small but it means something to me
And Congrats Elizabeth on the gradguating too!
Oh and that brings my animal count to 12 plus 2 wild geese.

Hey everyone,
My group is doing very well.
Baby's back fracture seems to be healed. She climbing to the top of the enclosure everynight again. She has puffy eyes and throat but has had both xrays and blood work and there is no indication of kidney problems. The vet feels she is fine.
Dragon's kidney problems have stabilized but she still not drinking enough. I have been forcing liquids in her and this seems to keep her stabilized. I might just have to always do this for her.
Huff has gone into his first season and has been biting. He has only been successful twice but each minor--just some stiffness for a day. I trimmed his nails so they are not doing much damage any more. It is his scales that are the most irritating. I am able to handle him everyday though and am sure I will able to socialize him in time. His tail seems to be healing nicely also.
They are getting an outdoor enclosure next month and so will be able to spend more time in direct sunlight which all iguanas can always use.
Me, I need my eyes examined, my sugar checked and my teeth examined and cleaned.
Congratulations Elizabeth and Stephanie. One day I will get the upper division communication course out of the way and be able to get my Bachelors in Accounting. But maybe my Dad is right and I will continue to be a professional student (that is when I have the money). But that will have to wait until I decide where and when to move.
Marie

Nice to hear that everyone who has had problems at home, with thier reptiles, and themselves are doing alright. Everyone here is doing alright. We have been busy ourselves over the past month or so. We moved in with my brother-in-law and all the animals have seemed to settle in nicely. We adopted a cat about a month ago. She is gorgeous. She is a long-hair Siamese. Our husky has really grown and she is about 6 months old now. Our reptiles are doing fine. Our basilisk that has been Mr. I'm going to bite you and draw blood has finally calmed down. After 2 years of having him, we can pick him up. Its about time. Our water dragons are healthy and we are searching for an adult female. Our leopard geckos are doing fine. Turns out that we have two males which is great. Two of our females, are laying eggs, but they are non-fertile. Our three turtles are doing fine. I'm on the hunt for a larger turtle tank though. Ummm... other than dealing with all of our reptiles, we have been busy with friends building and airsoft field to host our own events. Oh, and I will soon be through with this semester in college. I have alot more to go........Anyway, I think thats it...

Hey guys! It's nice to see an update on everyone and see how their doing!
I have been ok, really busy! I have been searching for stock tanks for my 2 turtles so I can get them into a bigger tank. They are growing really fast! I was thinking of keep them outside for the summer in a stock tank but I dont want to take the risk of getting them killed. I might keep them outside through the day and bring them in at night though.
All my beardies are doing good. I was planning on breeding Rex and Sheila, but not sure yet. Rex is a real aggressive breeder and I dont really want him hurting one of my girls but thats how they get it done, lol. We'll see!
And thats about it! Glad everyone is doing good!

I know what heart problems can be like. They are very scary to deal with. So good luck to everyone and be safe and keep up the good work with your herps.
