Oka so right know I have my two green anoles separated. This afternoon I caught the male bitting the female neck and mounting her. Since I didn't know what they where doing I separated them.
After reading on the Internet it says that it should be showing of dominance matting since they have lived together for about 3 months I am thinking its mating.
So is it oka if I put them back together? Should I be looking to invest in an incubator? If so how much would one of those cost? Should I get another female so the male doesn't stress out the female I have know as much?( they are in a 20 gallon aquarium, since it was suggested to get them 10 gallons per anole) Would a 20gallon tank be good for 1 male and 2 female?

**Only if you are prepared to understand the repercussions of what you are about to do. You need the "nursery" - more lighting, thermometers, heat sources, food - etc. Do you plan on finding them new homes? If you can't find them new homes - do you have room for them all?
Should I be looking to invest in an incubator?
**Se above...:-)

A Hav-o-bator usually costs around $35-$40. Many reptile breeders use these.
Should I get another female so the male doesn't stress out the female I have know as much?( they are in a 20 gallon aquarium, since it was suggested to get them 10 gallons per anole)
**Can you afford double the care, time and money for them to double up on babies?
It would be easier on the other female to keep another one. Many colonies do quite well with a male and 3-4 females. You don't have to hatch the eggs. You can always freeze them and some people even use these smaller lizard eggs to feed other lizards and small egg eating snakes. Just another option. I think a 20 would be fine for 3 - but anymore and I would certainly look into something larger...:-D

Well unles someone wants the eggs for feed I think I will just dispose of them. So if there are anybody who want them I will freeze the eggs. I plan on getting a butterfly or red headed agama. Would those lizards maybe eat them?

i agree with all that,my sister used to have anoles.i have various animal including iguana and bearded dragons,mu beardies breed often but i'd never let any baby start growing in them unless i knew people wanted them at the time and the people that were asking would be suitable.and if i had room to keep some if their were not enough new homes.i have kept 1 out of all 6 my 6 clutches(22 in each),and some more in the incubator.i kep sydney(threads about him on here).as he's nearly blind and was born with severe brain damage.now he CAN hold his head up,he CAN now walk instead of slither.but still has to be syrige fed he does occasionally chase crickets but not often.he's 7 inches when i last measured him and nearly 3yr's.but he climbs round in viv well.i just have to put him to bask first thing as he has difficulty getting on that log,he gets off ok,just slides off
