or
Recommended by Stephanie Leipold
www.indoor-plant-care.com/indoor_plant_care.asp?item=catalogue
Nutrition Composition:
www.anapsid.org/resources/ediblenutrients.html
www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ (may or may not have edible ornamentals)
Also Please read Melissa Kaplan's article Edibble and Harmful plants article. May be some resources listed there that I have not listed
www.anapsid.org/resources/plants.html
Might want to bookmark one or more of the above.
Note: Safe does not mean healthy and that it can be fed to an animal as part of their diet. Just means that it can be ingested without the owner panicking--ex: lettuce is safe but has no nutrition for iguanas. For foods to feed your animal check the diet lists for your herp.
Also if you come across any others please feel free to add the links. Thanks for those who have made recommendations.
Take Care
