That is a picture of my small female Sweet Pea. She is a year and a few months. She is a little thing for sure. And this is Flick, He's my big male. He is about 4 years I think. He's such a card, he loves hugs and laying in bed with me he crawls under the covers to sleep. Only in the day time for a nap when I'm watching tv I'll let him do that. Wouldn't want to squish him! This is a photo of Flick when his casque got burned by a heat lamp being to close to his enclosure. He was taken to the vet and given proper care. He doesn't even know he's any different now. Its been 3 years since that happened.

Thanks a bunch, I thought sweet pea was just a tiny thing but if there are some out there smaller than her maybe she is just a small girl.
I really enjoy looking at everyone elses pictures all over this site also. Hope to talk soon!

I'm not sure what type it is but my friend just got a chamleon, its still real young, its light green and has darker green spots that fade in and out, a little teal swirled in the light green at times. Anyway, I have also heard that you can not handle them too much because they have a weak immune system and they are also stressed easily. I have no clue to what extreeme though. I have heard of ppl taking them everywhere with them on a small leash pinned to the shirt with a saftypin. I bet it has more to do with how it is raised. Naturaly the more ppl time they get the less stressful it is to be in that situation. But I am not sure. How social are yours?

About handling chameleons. When they are very small it is not good to handle them because they get stressed out easy. But as they get a bit older if you handle them every day they get used to it. My male Cham Flick loves to come outside on my shirt and hang out and even ride the mower with me. Sweet Pea the female on the other hand HATES to be touched at all, she looks at your hands as predators. Every Chameleon is different. Depends on each lizard.l If you send me a pic of your friends liz's head and one of the back feet I can tell you what kind and what sex it is

I'll still try to get those photos later today. He told me it is a Senecal Chamleon, female. Cool looking little gal. The pet store had her for a few months before he got her so she may not be that young after all. I'm going to do some research to try to determine how big they get vs. how big she is. I'm guessing shes about 2"-2 1/2" stv. I've seen veiled chamleons in petstores that couldn't be more then 1/2" stv. Are there any breeds that stay that small. Their almost alien like at that size! ;D
