I recently began searching for a way to cut back the trips to the pet store. I have been very cautious about ordering feeder insects online because when I have I ended up getting more dead ones than live. Im talking about crickets. I also wanted to try and order in a large quantity instead of small. I found a site that is cheap and their is free shipping. www.wormman.com I like what they offer. I ordered some kind of new worm that is supposed to be very high in calcium. Its called a phoenix worm. I have received my order and lets just say I am very pleased with my shippment. I also orderd 500 superworms. My shipment was received in a resonable amount of time. When I got my order I opened the box of superworms to find a large cloth bag filled with oat bedding and superworms. I was pleased to see that they took real care in my shipment as to see that nothing dies. I couldnt be any more happy. Here is a link for the phoenix worms. www.wormman.com/pd_phoenix.cfmMy Leopard gecko loves the PHX worms and they are really high in calcium. It even shows a comparison of how much more calcium they contain than a mealworm and superworm. sincerely zach

Phoenix worms lasted only about a week. I dont know if I killed them or if they just dont last long at all.

Sorry they didn't last long for you. That site say's they have a long shelf life and only reguire some drops of water from time to time? Did you write back and tell them? Just wondered what they have to say about it?

No I actually didnt write them but I think I kept them in to high of humidity. I keep my Reptile room around 80% humidity. They are kinda small. my gecko had trouble spotting them.
